DIRECTOR & PRODUCER OF NOT JUST A SHOT – A DISC GOLF STORY

Kendrew Mueller is a filmmaker based in the Greater Southwest Michigan area. A 2019 graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design at Ferris State University, he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Art and Design. Kendrew has nearly a decade of experience and is the owner of Airbound Creative, a Grand Rapids, MI based production company which offers media services including film making, digital art and design.

Not Just A Shot – A Disc Golf Story is Kendrew’s first feature length documentary film. The documentary follows the story of legendary professional disc golfer Scott Stokely’s emotional return to the elite level of competition on the Disc Golf Pro Tour after an extended hiatus and his quest to leave his legacy in the Sport. Notably, Kendrew was inspired to create this documentary after witnessing the outpouring of support for Scott following his acceptance speach at the 2022 Big Money OTB Tour Skins Match at Eagles Crossing Disc Golf Course in Hawk Point, MO. Kendrew’s work has been recognized with multiple accolades including the Best Director of a Documentary Feature award at Scorpiusfest 2024 in Park City, Utah.

Mueller is also an avid disc golfer who also participates in Professional Disc Golf Association tournaments. Kendrew has experience with capturing Disc Golf Tournament coverage, specializing in drone filming. His most recent disc golf related work is the production of the 2024 serial lifestyle vlog called Stokely’s Longest Drive availableon the Scott Stokely YouTube Channel.
