For Download of “Not Just A Shot – A Disc Golf Story” Produced by Airbound Creative

1. License Grant

Airbound Creative grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view a single copy of the film “Not Just A Shot – A Disc Golf Story” (the “Film”) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Copyright

The Film is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Airbound Creative retains all intellectual property rights to the Film, including its soundtrack and any accompanying materials.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit the Film in any way without the express written permission of Airbound Creative.

• Upload the Film to any website or online platform for sharing or download.Allow any third party to access or view the Film without their own copy purchased under these terms.

• Attempt to circumvent any technological measures used to protect the Film from unauthorized use.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Film is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Airbound Creative disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Airbound Creative shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Film, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
